Train The Trainer Program Application Process

 

At FMPhA, our vision is to make functional medicine the standard of care through pharmacist-led clinical services, and we are looking for 50 dedicated state leaders to help us make this dream into a reality in 2024-2025, and make 6 figures while doing it though our partnership affiliate model.

While experience is a plus, you don't need to be the top functional medicine expert or have a wildly successful practice in order to be considered for this role. More than anything, we are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, determined, dedicated individuals who are willing to learn, grow, and step outside their comfort zone. 

Individuals who can see the bigger picture and believe they have the power to help make a difference.  Individuals who care for their fellow pharmacists, who are problem solvers, good listeners, and ask the right questions (just like you'd do in a consultation!)

The vision for the FMPhA 50 State Leaders is two fold:

1. For you to be a support coach for your state-specific Functional Medicine Pharmacists Bootcamp Cohort, and for you to enthusiastically help recruit students into your FMPhB Cohort. The first step in this process involves you completing our first ever Train the Trainer (T3) edition of FMPhB to learn how to facilitate the Bootcamp as a Support Coach.

As a support coach, you will be guiding students through the weekly program content, reviewing homework assignments and offering feedback, maintaining your cohort's discussion forum, and hosting weekly live Q&A coaching calls for your cohort. You will not be responsible for teaching the curriculum, as all modules are pre-recorded and released each week.

2. For you to manage your FMPhA State Chapter, maintaining a relationship with your State Pharmacy Association and Pharmacy Schools in your state, and recruiting new members in your state chapter and into the Bootcamp course. 

State Leaders will be compensated in a Partnership Affiliate Model where you are paid a 50% one time commission on each new Alliance member that you refer, and 50% on new Bootcamp students that enrolls in your State Chapter cohort. Our vision for this is to help 50 pharmacists elevate into leadership and earn a six figure income by reaching 100 Bootcamp students per state as well as 5,000 total FMPhA members. The beauty of this model is that it is essentially "done for you." We handle all of the technical work of operating the organization, membership, and course, and you get to show up in your genius to serve your patients and fellow pharmacists, and build the life of your dreams.

I founded the Functional Medicine Pharmacists Alliance because I know how it feels to get started in this space - in 2016, I was pharmacy manager with a comfy salary… but I was tired of the “pill for every ill” model and never having enough time to take care of my patients, my family, and myself.

 

I became an expert in the field after completing my Master’s in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine in 2018 and had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to pilot my dream vision of this integrative care model for my employer, but I quickly learned a hard lesson: you can have all the knowledge & experience in the world… but unless you have YOUR OWN BUSINESS, it can all be taken away from you in an instant.

 

So I set off on a mission to start my own company to educate more pharmacists on functional medicine and go full-time as an entrepreneur…

 

On my quest to blend my clinical, business, and marketing expertise, I was able to build my membership and course to 6 figures and quit my pharmacist job altogether - And everyone started asking how they could leverage functional medicine to create their own business too.


So, I put together a program to teach my signature methodology that has allowed me to help 150+ other pharmacists write their business plans and start their functional medicine practices. That is how "Functional Medicine Pharmacists Bootcamp™️" (aka FMPhB™️) was born! And now, it’s time to scale this movement to reach every pharmacist in all 50 states!
